Miki Rezentes transitioned to software engineering after many years of teaching. She honed her security skills while working within the payments industry and navigating PCIDSS. She is the author of the R2D2 library used to decrypt Android Pay payloads. She is reluctantly experienced with Web Services Security. In addition to encryption work, she implemented fingerprinting for a vault holding millions of credit cards. She has coached multiple competitive sports teams, clinching two state titles in girl’s high school volleyball. The mother of five enjoys learning, teaching, solving problems, eating, skating, volleyball and pranks.
