Tiffany King is the Director of Inclusion and Diversity Programs, and has made contributions to Apple’s incredible growth since joining the organization in 2008. During her tenure, she has been privileged to play an integral role growing and leading the Talent Teams in the Retail division of the organization. As the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting, Tiffany was responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of talent strategies across Eastern North America and Canada. In May 2015, Tiffany transitioned into her current role leading Apple’s historic partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund to implement a holistic approach to attracting and growing talent from our nation’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, Tiffany remained in the area and began her journey in Human Resources as a Recruiter. During this time she was instrumental in acquiring top talent in the field of Engineering from the state’s HBCUs. As a Human Resources professional for twenty years, Tiffany has worked in both public and private industries where she has sharpened her tool in the areas of Employee and Leadership Development, Organizational Design, Talent Management, and Consultative Coaching. Today, she is excited to see her journey come full circle with the work she is leading and impacting through the acquisition of talent from across the HBCU community. Currently, Tiffany King resides in Fulton, MD with her family.
