Hopefully you want your organization to be more LGBTQIA friendly, whether you’re ready to be the catalyst or not. In this session, you’ll hear about my experiences starting an Allyship program at my company. You’ll learn how to thoughtfully surface existing issues at your company, introduce solutions, and maintain an engaging and respectful environment. You’ll get the most out of this session if you’re interested in positive change, whether by leading the effort yourself, or by encouraging, supporting, and facilitating the process for others.
